Today we went to the zoo! I promised Bela we would go some time this week, and the weather was too perfect not to go today. Patrick grinned the whole time, and loved it. He didn't understand however, why I wouldn't let him go over the fence to play . . .

Alright, here's the pretty pictures. So, early Monday morning LJ seriously sprained his ankle playing a little basketball. The first pic is from Monday night. After x-rays, the doc wrapped his ankle with a foam horseshoe for support. I bet you can't tell where the horseshoe was!

These are from tonight. Looking better, but still swollen and purple. He says it's feeling much better, so we're hoping for the best.

Even the inside of his ankle is bruised from rolling so hard.
