Hurray for June! I'm soooo excited that's it's finally feeling like summer! Last week for FHE we were craving fried ice-cream but were too lazy to go and get some . . . so, LJ made up some homemade. I don't think we'll ever buy any again, it was delicious!!!

At the end of May, Bela had the opportunity to be a flower girl for LJ's cousin Kylie's wedding down in Ogden. She did such a good job and looked like a princess!

Bela also started dance lessons! Tuesday was her first class and 10 am couldn't come soon enough. She kept asking me to take pictures so here she is before we left, by the car, when we got there, and just as I was sneaking out.

LJ turned a big 27 this past Thursday. I got a babysitter while the kids napped and we went to lunch at the Gaucho Grill. Then we spent the evening at the Temple. LJ wanted a special Brazilian cake made out of banana peels, and I was worried it wouldn't turn out. It was actually quite delicious, and I made a cinnamon cream cheese frosting to top it off. With 27 candles on it in the picture it looks like it's on fire!

Yesterday we spent the morning pedaling around town on our bikes. We loaded up the kids in the bike trailer, stopped by a couple yard sales, and went to the Farmer's market to hang out. These pictures are of the kids playing at the park while we ate our farmer's market treats. Then we rode all the way up town to browse a couple stores, then all the way back home! It was a long but fun ride! (I remembered sun block on the kids but I forgot myself! Let's just say my neck is now a toasty red!)
